• Take the time to measure your head. The size of your head does not necessarily correspond to your height or weight. All our hats are designed based on the same sizing, so you will wear the same size across all our styles.

  Measure your head around the largest part of your crown just above your eyebrows with a cloth measuring tape. Measure at a tightness you would like your hat to fit. If you don't have a measuring tape use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler. Pick the first size larger than your head measurement. An internal elastic snug will comfortably fit the hat to your head. If your head measurement is exactly on a size, choose that size if you like a snug fit or go up to the next size for a looser fit.

• HAND WASH	AIR DRY	WARM IRON

  Hand wash your hat in cool or lukewarm water with a gentle detergent. We prewash our linen fabrics so shrinkage is not a concern. Our wide brim hats have a millinery wire at the edge of the brim to prevent flopping and the wire may be bent by a washing machine. Air dry your hat in the shade. Placing it over a vase prevents wrinkling in the crown. Iron the brim if needed using a slightly damp towel between the iron and brim. A steaming tea kettle will remove wrinkles from the crown. Do not place hot iron directly on inside crown lining. Do not bleach. Do not dryclean.

  Pack hats flat for travel to avoid bending wire. Crusher and bucket hats can be rolled.
